There are few places in the world to travel like **Cabo de Gata-Níjar**. This protected natural area boasts wild and unique nature due to its underwater volcanic origin. This is certified by UNESCO protection figures such as **Biosphere Reserve** and **Geopark**, among many others at the European and international level.
Did you know that in Spain there are only 4 volcanic zones? Cabo de Gata-Níjar Natural Park has the largest extension of protected land among them. It was also the first Maritime-Terrestrial Natural Park in Andalusia. In the water alone, there are more than 1350 species, a unique biodiversity where the Posidonia Oceanica stands out, an endemic plant of the Mediterranean and at risk of extinction.
