Magical night in the Alhambra in Granada

Night tour of the Nasrid Palaces and Charles V Palace.

Experience an unforgettable experience in the Alhambra with an expert guide who will take you on an impressive journey through history, customs, literature, science and the arts, in a place where philosophy was passionately cultivated and where the exuberance of thought and imagination transcended that of the senses.

Our tour will depart from the Alhambra Entrance Pavilion at the time indicated in your booking.

We will first visit the Nasrid Palaces: the Mexuar Palace or the meeting room of the Council of Viziers. We will then continue through the Golden Room and the imposing Façade of Comares towards the Patio de los Arrayanes, where the Throne Room (the qubba), symbol of the earth, and the dome, which is identified with the sky, await us.

Passing through the Emperor’s Quarters, we arrive at the heart of the royal palace: the Garden of Happiness or Patio of the Lions, with its four rooms, its fountains, its forest of columns and, as the central axis, the Fountain of the Lions, praised by a multitude of poets since the 14th century.

The second part of the tour will take place in the Renaissance Palace of Charles V. The Emperor ordered the construction of the palace next to the old Royal House (Nasrid Palaces), in order to enjoy its wonders.

From here we will follow the same route through the Alhambra forest to finish at the same meeting point.
